Heard so many stories about horrible customer experience from @myntra. Is consumer court the only way this company will listen to its customers?

[Sarthak Bhutani @SaaBuu_]

Horrible customer support from @myntra @MyntraSupport.
Ordered a pair of New Balance 574s, but the shoe didn't fit so requested for a size change. Even with tags and everything intact, the delivery guy refused to accept the product.

[Sarthak Bhutani @SaaBuu_]

Tried raising the issue with the @MyntraSupport team however they declined the complaint saying the logistics team claims that the product was delivered fine even after submitting all the proofs. It's just some markings due to manufacturing defect underneath the damn sole!

Sir Alex Ferguson was tasked with rebuilding @ManUtd and returning them to the pinnacle of English football. He did that, and then some. This is his story.
