During my visit to Finland, I discussed key issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation with President Alexander Stubb @alexstubb. Naturally, our focus was on defense support and investment in our industry. Ukraine’s position remains unchanged: we are ready for mutually beneficial cooperation with all partners who truly help us.

We also discussed security guarantees and Finland’s potential contribution, the future security architecture of Europe, our European and Euro-Atlantic integration. Today, our ministers are signing a document to launch the Civil Protection Shelter Coalition. As long as Putin continues attacking our infrastructure, we must do everything to protect our people, and we are grateful to Finland for this initiative.

I also informed President Stubb on Russian disinformation regarding the situation on the Kursk front. There is no encirclement there – our troops are carrying out their missions as required for Ukraine.

In Ukraine, we deeply value our relationship with Finland – a true partnership between nations and a friendship between people. Thank you for your hospitality, for this visit – together with the First Lady of Ukraine – for our joint efforts, and for your support of our country and our people.

You want to talk about "peace agreements," Mr. Trump? Then listen to me, a doctor who puts the torn bodies of children on the operating table every day! Who cuts off fragments from their brains with a scalpel, who wipes blood from the eyes of mothers who have lost everything! Are you talking about "giving up territories"? I will show you the territories: these are pieces of muscle on the asphalt near Mariupol. These are baby strollers crushed by tanks in Bucha. These are burned-out school classrooms in Chernihiv, where children managed to write "HELP" in chalk on the blackboards before they were killed.
Do you dare to accuse us?
Are we to blame for the fact that Russian executioners rape women in basements? For killing prisoners by shooting them in the back of the head? For spreading cluster bombs along civilian evacuation corridors? Your logic is the logic of a rapist: "It's your own fault that you didn't submit." Do you want us to "not lose land"? So why don't you say this to Putin, who slaughtered entire villages in the Kherson region? Why don't you threaten him, and not us - those who defend themselves with old machine guns against his army?
Your "negotiations" are a spit in the face of thousands of my colleagues who died under shelling of hospitals. Do you know what it's like to work in a basement without light, without antibiotics, without morphine, when a child dies in your arms from pain? Have you ever heard a person scream when their leg is amputated without anesthesia? Is this your "small loss of land"? Is this what you are kicking us out of the negotiating table for?!
You call Putin a "genius"? Then genius is the ability to burn people in their homes. This is a scorched earth tactic, when only corpses and mines remain after the occupiers.
Do you admire his "smartness"? He is smart as a plague rat: he knows how to escape responsibility, hide behind civilians, shoot with nuclear threats. And you, like a child playing with fire, want to make him a world leader.
Your plan is not peace. It is euthanasia for Ukraine. You propose to lift sanctions? That is, give Russia money for new tanks. Western technology for their kamikaze drones. Do you want to return them to the G7? As if they don't bomb gas stations so that we freeze in winter. They don't steal Ukrainian children. They don't destroy our museums, churches, theaters - everything that makes us a people.
You ask why we don't make concessions? Because every one of your "deals" stinks of corpses. Do you want us to give up even more territories? So that millions of Ukrainians live under Russian machine guns? So that my fellow doctors hide in bomb shelters again when Putin breaks this "deal" too?
You say: "The war could have been stopped without casualties." Lie. It didn't start in 2022. It started when Russia seized Crimea, when the world was silent. When the first bodies with tied hands disappeared in Donbas. Do you think that if we surrender now, it will end? No. Putin will come later. And then you will justify him again: "Oh, he's just restoring the empire, he's a genius!".
And what will you say to the families of the 15-year-old girl who was shot by the Russians on her bicycle? That her death is a "small loss of land"? Will you tell her mother that she "doesn't deserve a seat at the table"? That her daughter died because Ukraine "didn't agree"?
We are not asking you to fight for us. We asked for weapons - you gave them too late. We asked for sanctions - you relaxed them. But now you want to become an accomplice in genocide. Because when you lift sanctions, when you recognize the occupation - you give Russia a license to kill. Every dollar that Putin receives will become a bullet in the body of my patient. Every compromise you make is a new corpse.
I am a doctor. I swear to save lives. And you, Mr. Trump, swear to take them away. Don't you want to hear our voice? Then listen to our sirens. Our cries. Our curses. Do you want to be friends with Russia? Then be friends. But know this: history will not forgive you for this. Every child killed by Russian weapons, every raped woman, every burned doctor is your joint responsibility with Putin.
We will not be your "victims of politics". We are a nation that survives despite your cynical indifference. And when you celebrate your deal with the dictator, remember: we are already building new hospitals in the destroyed territories. And in each of them there will be a poster: Death to fascism. Shame on the traitors.

I was out at a gaming get together in Kyiv last night when the Zelensky-Trump meeting was being livecast. It was all anyone was talking about obviously and each new shoe dropping was like a blow that rippled through the crowd. But then someone asked me, “doesn’t trump realize who he’s dealing with? We’re Ukrainian. We’ve done two revolutions. When you push against us we band together.” Another said “if there was an election tomorrow Zelensky would get 95%,” and so on… then people started seeing the posts of solidarity from European leaders and someone shouted “France is with us!” and the crowd cheered. “Spain is with us!” And the crowd cheered again. So don’t lose hope, folks. If Ukraine can stand head high through this war and this betrayal, so can you.

Let’s get this straight from the outset. The sole intent of this meeting in the Oval Office, was a tag team mugging designed specifically to disgracefully humiliate a war time president in front of the world’s media, for the sole purpose of gaining leverage.

Just one problem, Zelenskyy hadn’t read the script. He was OK until JD Vance lit the blue touch paper looking for Zelenskyy to get down on his knees and show gratitude to a president, who had spent his entire campaign attempting to block military aid to Ukraine. JD Vance has been the chief cheerleader to not give Ukraine a cent. So tell me, who was Zelenskyy supposed to thank? Did they plan to invite Joe Biden into the room?

The reality of the situation is, Zelenskyy is viewed as an obstruction to their attempted extortion of his nation’s mineral wealth. So it’s no surprise Lady Lyndsay Graham is now calling for his resignation. The Ukrainian president owes no loyalty to this administration, all they have ever done is try to starve him of military aid which they did successfully for six months resulting in thousands of Ukrainian soldiers losing their lives.

Meanwhile, the President of the United States has unilaterally decided to align with a Russian war criminal. Trump has demanded nothing from Putin by way of reparations for Russian aggression. Instead, preferring to insist Ukraine pay reparations as the VICTIM of an illegal invasion. To really twist the knife, he is illegally attempting to convert lawfully appropriated funds, retrospectively to a loan.

$183 billion dollars of aid has been appropriated, NOT $350 billion as claimed by Trump. 70% of the military aid funding, has been spent in arms manufacturing plants across America, providing jobs and profits to those companies. You won’t be surprised to note that many Republicans hold stocks in those companies too. In many cases the newly manufactured hardware has gone into U.S. stock, while the older stocks have been shipped to Ukraine.

These same plants have also been paid by NATO allies and European countries who supplied aid to Ukraine. I’d really like to take a look at the premiums that were added to these orders.

The U.S. has been the primary economic benefactor of the Ukraine war, while simply drip feeding just enough hardware for Ukraine to hold off the Russian army. At every twist and turn Ukraine has been exploited, so Zelenskyy has every right to be pissed off and say enough of this shit.

Here’s where we are. The Trump Administration has every intention of throwing Ukraine under the bus as a favor to Putin, so that Trump can align America with Russia. Bizarre really, when you consider it’s an economic basket case feeding its soldiers on out of date rations. The only beneficiary of this realignment is Putin. He needs sanctions lifting quickly before his economy collapses.

This geopolitical move by Trump effectively destabilizes European security, because the lifting of sanctions will allow Putin to regroup, then take another stab at Ukraine before moving on to the Balkan states.

European and the NATO allies must stop thinking they can rehabilitate their abuser. It can’t be done. When a bully steals your lunch money today, rest assured he’ll be back tomorrow.

It’s time to rip off the bandaid. Revoke the leases on all US bases, in the interests of the global threat presented by the Russo-American alliance. Invite South Korea, Australia and New Zealand into a new alliance. Cancel all military contracts and current licenses for military tech to the U.S.

It’s time for a new global alliance. This can then form the foundation for a new economic alliance to rival the dollar. This can be done, there just has to be the will to do it.

America has now declared war on the world, so it’s time to demonstrate that the world has had enough. We need to STOP living in fear of our abuser.
