At this point, I think the Premier League should just sit down with Manchester City and find a way to resolve this whole situation.
Let the charges go, let Manchester City and our owners move forward, and let the UAE continue investing in the UK.
If this dispute ends up affecting billions in investments, thousands of businesses and countless jobs, what exactly have we achieved?
Let City keep investing. Let the Premier League protect its interests. Let everyone move forward.
Sometimes justice should come with a little mercy.
Big accounts will be scared to say this but I'm going to say it;
Carrick is NOT the man to take Man Utd back to the very top.
He did a fantastic job steadying the ship last season, but any serious club would've thanked him, wished him well, and stuck with the plan of getting a top-level manager to take it up from there.
Before positive toxic fans start saying it's just 5 games into the season, please know that I said this last season before Carrick was given the job permanently.
He's a club legend whom we all love, but we must put sentiments aside and speak the truth which is that he is not the man. The job is obviously bigger than him.
This shite is on INEOS for taking the cheaper option to save cash instead of getting a top manager.
