Normalize going back to Allah every time your heart feels tired. normalize praying against struggle, pray for ease, pray for abundance, pray for halal wealth, Allah swt is AL RAZZAQ and AL WAHHAB❤️
In Qura'an: "Verily the remembrance of Allah do hearts find Rest" (Ar-Ra'd 13:28)

Even Musa (a.s) had intrusive thoughts:
“what if they reject me?” “what if i can't speak?" "what if they hurt me?” (qur'an 26:12)
But Allah didn't tell him to “stop worrying” he said: "i am with you.” (20:46)
your overthinking doesn't disqualify you. Allah still chooses you ❤️

The main cure to overthinking is having Tawakkul in Allah. Relying upon Allah will reduce your overthinking if not remove it completely. Simply just wait for Allah's plan.
