@EaseMyTrip Before sending me my e-ticket, another of your representatives asked me to pay an additional amount of 79k something which I had to contest against for over an hour. All this at 3 am central time. My experience with you has been abysmal at best.
@EaseMyTrip You have the worst customer care. The helpline numbers you’ve published online do not connect. The representatives take forever to call back. I’ve been trying to confirm my flight for almost a month now. How incompetent is your company?? @nishantpitti
