@EtihadHelp Aby to be honest I don’t really get any support from Etihad. I am dealing with lost luggage and now being told after over two months it was stolen and that it’s not an Etihad problem.

@EtihadHelp @etihad lost luggage since Feb 27th and lack of follow up and care from your team. Is this your commitment to service excellence. Claim has been filed, no follow up from your team? What is the accountability on the airline when you lose a passenger’s luggage.

@etihad creating a terrible experience for customers! Loosing luggage and not taking any accountability. Absolutely poor experience from an airline that claims to deliver good service.

Poor service @etihad. I was travelling for work and flew on a direct flight on Paris (CDG) to Abu Dhabi on Feb 26th EY34. Upon arrival in Abu Dhabi my baggage was not available and was assured by Etihad ground staff it would deliver next day. 28 days later still waiting @etihad
