*اللہ سے بات منوانے کا آسان طریقہ*

ایک مرتبہ میں نے ایک سفید ریش بزرگ سے پوچھا:

"بابا جی! اللہ تعالیٰ سے اپنی بات منوانے کا بہترین طریقہ کیا ہے؟"

وہ مسکرائے، قبلہ رُخ ہوئے، پاؤں سمیٹ کر بیٹھے اور مجھ سے پوچھا:

"تمہیں اللہ سے کیا چاہیے؟"

ہم اس وقت جنگل میں بیٹھے تھے۔ موسم گرم اور حبس زدہ تھا۔ سانس لینا بھی دشوار محسوس ہو رہا تھا۔ میں نے آسمان کی طرف دیکھا؛ درختوں کے پتوں سے پرے سورج تپ رہا تھا۔

میں نے عرض کیا:

"اگر بادل آ جائیں اور ذرا سی ٹھنڈی ہوا چلنے لگے تو موسم اچھا ہو جائے۔"

وہ مسکرائے اور بولے:

"اچھا، پھر دیکھو!"

انہوں نے ہاتھ اٹھائے اور نہایت عاجزی سے دعا شروع کر دی:

"اللہ جی! اس کاکا دی دعا قبول کر لے، اللہ جی! ہماری سن لے۔"

دعا کرتے کرتے ان کی آنکھوں سے آنسو بہنے لگے۔ ان کی آواز میں ایسی عاجزی اور تڑپ تھی کہ میرا دل بھی بھر آیا۔

کچھ دیر بعد مجھے محسوس ہوا کہ ہوا کا مزاج بدل رہا ہے۔ ٹھنڈی ہوا چلنے لگی، درختوں کے پتے سرسرانے لگے اور پھر بادل کا ایک ٹکڑا آ کر سورج کے سامنے چھا گیا۔

بزرگ نے ہاتھ اٹھائے اور شکر ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا:

"اللہ جی! آپ کا بہت شکر ہے، آپ کی بہت مہربانی ہے۔"

پھر انہوں نے میری طرف دیکھا اور مسکرا کر بولے:

"دیکھ لیا؟ اللہ نے اپنے بندے کی دعا سن لی۔"

میں نے ان کا ہاتھ پکڑ کر پوچھا:

"بابا جی! اصل راز کیا ہے؟ اللہ سے دعا کیسے مانگی جائے؟"

انہوں نے اپنی دونوں شہادت کی انگلیاں اپنی آنکھوں پر رکھیں اور کہا:

"یہ دو آنکھیں راز ہیں۔"

میں خاموشی سے ان کی طرف دیکھتا رہا۔

وہ بولے:

"میں نے یہ بات اپنی ماں سے سیکھی تھی۔ بچپن میں جب مجھے ماں سے کوئی چیز منوانی ہوتی تو میں رو پڑتا۔ میری ماں میرا رونا برداشت نہیں کر پاتی تھی۔ وہ مجھے گود میں اٹھاتی، پیار کرتی، میرے آنسو پونچھتی اور میری ضرورت پوری کرنے کی کوشش کرتی۔"

پھر انہوں نے کہا:

"جب میں نے قرآن پڑھنا شروع کیا تو اپنے استاد سے اللہ تعالیٰ کی رحمت اور بندوں پر اس کی بے مثال شفقت کے بارے میں سنا۔ تب میرے دل میں یہ بات بیٹھ گئی کہ جس رب کی رحمت دنیا کی ہر محبت سے بڑھ کر ہے، اس کے سامنے بندہ بھی اگر سچے دل سے عاجزی، تضرع اور آنسوؤں کے ساتھ مانگے تو وہ اپنے بندے کو خالی نہیں چھوڑتا۔"

🌿 اصل راز آنسو نہیں، دل کی سچائی ہے۔

اللہ تعالیٰ سے دعا مانگتے وقت انسان کو اپنی کمزوری، اپنی محتاجی اور اللہ کی بے پایاں رحمت کا احساس ہونا چاہیے۔

کبھی دعا فوراً پوری ہوتی ہے، کبھی کسی بہتر وقت کے لیے مؤخر ہوتی ہے، اور کبھی اللہ تعالیٰ کسی آنے والی مصیبت کو ٹال دیتا ہے۔ کیونکہ اللہ اپنے بندے کے لیے وہی فیصلہ فرماتا ہے جس میں حقیقی بھلائی ہوتی ہے۔

اس لیے دعا کرتے وقت مایوس نہ ہوں۔
مانگتے رہیں، روتے رہیں، عاجزی اختیار کریں اور اللہ پر یقین رکھیں۔

کیونکہ وہ رب ہے جو بندے کی خاموش آہ بھی سنتا ہے۔

المیہ دیکھیں کہ آزاد کشمیر کے مظاہرین کو جن نشستوں پر اعتراض ہے وہ ان مہاجرین کی نمائیندگی کیلئے مختص ہیں جو مقبوضہ کشمیر سے آئے ہیں اور یہ انکو کشمیری ماننے کو تیار نہیں، اور انکا آزاد کشمیر پر حق ماننے کو تیار نہیں، کہتے ہیں ہمارے کشمیر سے مقبوضہ سے آئے مہاجرین کو بھی نوکریاں ملتی ہیں جبکہ پاکستان میں مقبوضہ سے آئے مہاجرین اور آزاد کشمیر کے رہائشیوں کو بھی نوکریاں ملتی ہیں اس پر کسی کو اعتراض نہیں نہ صرف نوکریاں بلکہ جائیداد اور کاروبار بھی پاکستان میں ہیں (کبھی پاکستانیوں نے بھی اعتراض نہیں کہا بلکہ پاکستانیوں کو تو اب احساس دلایا جا رہا ہے کہ کشمیری ان سے الگ قوم ہیں ہم تو انکو پاکستانی سمجھتے آئے ہیں) جب پوچھا جائے کہ بھارت نے جب مقبوضہ کشمیر کو آئین کا حصہ بنایا تو آپ نے کتنے احتجاج کئے یہ بتائینگے کہ یہ تو پاکستان کی ڈیوٹی تھی، کشمیر کاز کیلئے کیا کر رہے ہیں تو بتائینگے کہ یہ پاکستان کی ڈیوٹی تھی، سارے فرائض پاکستان کے ہیں آپکے صرف حقوق ہیں؟

کئی دفعہ الحمدللہ۔۔ زندگی کے تین ناممکن لگنے والے کام ایک ہی دن (یوم عرفہ) کی دعا سے ہو گئے تھے۔
مجھے جو کام بہت مشکل لگتا ہے ایک دعا پڑھ کر اللہ کے حوالے کر دیتا ہوں اور کام بہترین ہو جاتا ہے۔
حَسْبِیَ اﷲُ لَآ اِلٰہَ الَّا ھُوَ عَلَیہِ تَوَکَّلْت ُ
وَھُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ العَظِیْمِ
جس کا ترجمہ ہے:
میرے لیئے اللہ کافی ہںے
اُس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں
میں نے اسی پر بھروسا کیا
اور وہی عرش عظیم کا رب ہے۔

ان کرداروں کی نوک جھونک بے مثال تھی۔ لیکن سچی بات تو یہ ہے کہ ہم جولیا کے عاشق تھے اور تنویر ہمیں زہر لگتا تھا کیونکہ وہ (ہمارے)رقیب کا عہدہ سنبھالے ہوئے تھا۔ عمران سیریز ہمارے بچپن کی یادوں میں سے ایک یاد ہے اور ہماری نسل میں اگر حب الوطنی اور قومی جذبہ نظر آتا ہے تو اس کا سارا کریڈٹ ہمارے ان بے لوث مصنفین کو جاتا ہے جنہوں نے شعوری کوشش کی کہ قوم میں یہ تمام اوصاف پیدا ہوں جو ایک محب وطن فرد کا خاصہ ہوتی ہیں۔

According to psychology, the biggest problem for overthinkers is that when they get too attached to someone, their entire mood depends on how the other person responds to them. They are so attuned to other people's emotions that they can notice the slightest change in someone's behaviour. Learn to regulate your emotions. If you are being controlled by your own emotions, you will end up hurting either yourself or them in the end. So if you love an overthinker, there are things you need to know. Their neediness isn't simply neediness, it's fear. I promise you, no one is more tired by their overactive mind than they are. They live with it every day and wish they could live life without the dozen hypotheticals invading each moment, but they can't. It's sometimes difficult to see, but there is beauty in overthinking. Those people who are most afraid to hurt are also the ones who love the most. If you love an overthinker, you should appreciate that. Be there for them. Tell them you're not going away. Reassure them they are still learning to trust. They're learning to let go of their fears. Because the one before you walked away after love got a little hard. They're fighting everyday to win the biggest battle, battle against their own mind.
