Nice one from the archives, this!
Rey's Scavenger lightsaber, as seen at the end of "The Rise of Skywalker".
And the inside looks even better! 😮🙂

@JohnAmaechi You're very welcome @JohnAmaechi . Glad you're enjoying your new saber! Your moonlit balcony definitely shows them at their best. 🙂

If you’re tempted - my lightsaber craftsman is from @SabersenseL.
He does amazing work… that lets me do this!

@goSHIFTscheme One for you @theJeremyVine . Nice to see a car (van) driver doing the right thing for a cyclist for a change. :)

I was asked to write some SW-style title music for @SabersenseL. They make excellent lightsabers, so go check them out. Here is the written score for any music nerds out there...

Time for a fun little explainer video about the world of custom-built lightsabers.
Big up to my colleageue Gregg Birrell who wrote and recorded the completely original theme music specially for this video.
Enjoy the film and be sure to subscribe.

We're proud to unveil another lightsaber for former NBA star John Amaechi OBE.
This time it's a custom Acolyte hilt, featuring specially machined crystal chamber windows and a unique crystal chamber chassis.
Enjoy. :)

Another fun lightsaber install. Remember when Rey's lightsaber was torn in half at the end of The Last Jedi? 😮😀 https://t.co/DwztFEk3d6

Oh, I should mention. The absolute top class lightsaber-maker is Chris Carter. [full price paid]. I work with Chris on TV and his obsession is Star Wars ... the lightsabers he's making now are PHENOMENAL

@TheVictorNieves @JohnAmaechi Thanks Victor. :) (Sorry for the slow reply - only just spotted your comment). So glad to hear that Jim is enjoying his Scavenger lightsaber. Such a unique hilt design. That one was challenging to build, but fun. :)

@SimonHeath1 @JohnAmaechi Thanks again for allowing the use of your amazing picture Simon. I have a feeling John will be keeping that magazine somewhere quite prominent! I know I would! 😀

[John Amaechi OBE @JohnAmaechi]

Since we all need a little light relief nowadays:

Not everyone who uses a #lightsaber is a Jedi.
Not all Jedi use lightsabers.
But I'm a #Jedi with a new lightsaber!

With thanks to @SabersenseL for construction & @SimonHeath1 for the magazine art!

Not sure when this fan film is coming out @JohnAmaechi, but I'll try and have your hilt ready in time! 👍😀 https://t.co/kJ6q5SIu4a
