i don't like the discourse, i don't like the accounts, i don't like the tone of any of this. Wan 3.0 on Qwen Create (https://t.co/Pz6amd5PQ6) is still good. both things are true.
ok so the transitions.
i asked Wan 3.0 to hide every cut behind something. a bloke crossing the lens. a café door. a door panel in an underpass.
four of five are invisible unless you scrub frame by frame.
that's the whole trick of a one-take and it's sitting there on Qwen Create at https://t.co/DWrqaapjlF.
Wan 3.0 isn't a replacement for a crew and anyone selling it that way is lying. as a previz tool on Qwen Create (https://t.co/NR0OeAKocp) it's already better than what most of us use. those aren't in conflict.
what's the hardest thing you've got Wan 3.0 to do? i've run out of ideas and i'm sat here on Qwen Create (https://t.co/pH13W61lqS) wanting harder tests.
AI can't do dialogue was true for a long time and people will keep saying it another year out of habit.
two speakers, distinct voices, lips matching syllables, all out of Wan 3.0 on Qwen Create (https://t.co/XKMO48P8mA) in one pass.
go and check before you type it again
genuine question for anyone using this professionally — where's your line between previz and delivery? we're running Wan 3.0 through Qwen Create at https://t.co/LSAbKttDZL and still working that out.
everyone in these replies has an opinion and about four of you have run it.
Wan 3.0 is free to start on Qwen Create at https://t.co/cRjVSqki7h and takes four minutes.
go find out whether i'm wrong instead of typing at me.
checked the wet tarmac reflections because that's where they all cheat. Wan 3.0 on Qwen Create at https://t.co/JvlKqbCizJ kept them consistent across the whole move.
a week in Wan 3.0 on Qwen Create (https://t.co/ha4uACP5O3), here's where i've landed.
good — continuity, native audio, understanding of pacing bad — text in frame, more than about five people unknown — how it holds past 30s, haven't tried
someone fill in that third line for me.
Wan 3.0, after a week on Qwen Create (https://t.co/P4RDDePXv8). works — continuity, audio, pacing, physics. doesn't — text in frame, big crowds. unknown — past 30 seconds.
gave Wan 3.0 a scene i've failed to shoot three times. four minutes on Qwen Create (https://t.co/xrUHxppGQh) and there it was. choosing not to think about that too hard.
Right, since everyone's asking in the DMs — it's Wan 3.0 and i've been running it on Qwen Create at https://t.co/3RRaiCoNsh.
now the bit nobody asked for.
no, i don't think this ends filmmaking. i've been hearing that since digital, since DSLRs, since phones, since drones. every time the same panic, every time the work got broader and stranger and mostly better.
what it does is remove the cost of finding out whether an idea works. that's the whole thing. i used to get one shot at a concept because it cost money to see it. this week i got to version nine.
version nine was better than version one. obviously it was. that's how anything gets made.
if you make things, go and use it. if you're here to be angry about it that's fine too, but you're going to be angry for a long time.
Ran the same prompt four times through Wan 3.0 on Qwen Create (https://t.co/Uxl7ODRILM) to see the spread.
two came back near identical. one was excellent. one was a mess.
that variance number is what people should be posting, not their best of ten. go and get your own.
