कानपुर में “I LOVE Mohammad” लिखने पर हमारे मुस्लिम भाइयों पर झूठी FIR दर्ज करना खुली तानाशाही है। शहर में कई जगह “I LOVE Kanpur” लिखा हुआ है, उस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं होती। लेकिन मिलादुन्नबी के मौके पर “I LOVE Mohammad” लिखने पर नौजवानों को जेल में डाल दिया जाता है।

यह साफ़ तौर पर कानून का दुरुपयोग और मुसलमानों के साथ दोहरा रवैया है। हम इसका सख़्त विरोध करते हैं और मांग करते हैं कि इस मामले में अब तक जितनी भी गिरफ्तारियां हुई हैं, उन सभी बेगुनाहों को तुरंत रिहा किया जाए। हमारे त्यौहार की खुशी को मातम में बदलना बंद करें।
