HR is not just a department—it is made up of people.

Beyond the systems and metrics, HR is about caring, listening, and supporting one another to grow together.

As a Deputy Manager of Human Resources, I believe that a "People First" culture is the foundation of our success

Decoding the HR Role !

A common misconception: HR is just about hiring. In reality, it is a multifaceted function that builds people to grow organizations.

From operational tasks to strategic leadership, HR manages the entire employee lifecycle:

@1942Desert HR is not self-anointed, nor does it usually have the final decision-making authority. HR's responsibility is to support the business, ensure compliance, and help manage people-related matters. Most HR professionals are simply doing the job they were hired to do.

To all recruiters out there: We source, we chase, we follow up, and we never give up. 💪

Recruitment isn't just hiring—it's managing expectations, follow-ups, reschedules, dropouts, and still showing up with the same energy every day.
A small message from a candidate can save a recruiter's time and effort.

[Sabir Khan Blouch @Sabirkhansabi]

HR doesn't just manage systems-they manage emotions, expectations, and workplace reality.

A strong company doesn't just need HR. It needs understood HR.

Because when HR is respected, workplaces work better.

HR is easy to notice... but hard to understand.
People see policies and decisions.
They don't see the pressure behind them.
The hiring struggles.
The tough conversations.
The constant balance between business and people.
