@idenoh@manderson873 @bradjperry Did anyone bother to ask exactly where (geographically) this 14hr breach occured? The answer to that could share more light on any co-relation.
There were FIVE CARS between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen when the safety car was deployed.
FIVE CARS that Lewis had to overtake under racing conditions, but FIVE CARS that Michael Masi moved out of the way so Max could ‘motor race’.

Translation:
"Sport and Fairplay make Lewis Hamilton the only 8x world champion in the history of @F1. The fact that people decided it was better for F1 to resume the race for the sake of TV without the conditions for the resuming being met is neither normal, nor defensible"
@fia
Had the shoe been on the other foot, talking heads throughout racing would have made known their disappointment in Lewis accepting such a rigged victory. I could see it now, headlines questioning his dignity and morality. Max won though and not one says it.

There is a general, deeply entrenched hypocrisy that is made evident by a narrative no one seems to be putting forward. One that would have formed the central theme in the bitter criticism of Lewis had he won the championship in the manner Max Verstappen did. #WeStandWithLewis
Only Lewis Hamilton could be called unsporting and a sore loser for graciously congratulating Max after Abu Dhabi and then saying nothing at all since it happened
@cfusionpm@SilverArrowsNet Didn't contract Covid 19, didn't miss a race, didn't have to battle through the after effects of C19 (Long Covid) and finally was not undermined by an entire sporting body.
