An alliance of Rohan and Gondor go to war, engaging a force of orcs and Uruks, led by Saruman and Lurtz. The fighting was brutal with casualties on both sides. Eventually the Rohirrim, led by Eomer, was able to break the lines and ride down Saruman, breaking the evil forces will

Maul and a team of Pykes move to claim a valuable asset. Opposite them, a group of rebels with armoured support also move in, their motivations unknown. The asset was guarded by a tenacious droid and skilled Mando. After a violent struggle, the Shadow Collective prevailed #SWL

Prince Apophas, roams the lands, seeking a soul worthy of his freedom #TombKings #Warhammer #OldWorld #tabletopgaming

I’ve still been playing lots of different games regularly, but I’ve been really rubbish at posting on my socials! I’m going to try and post more, starting off with some of my Old World, Stirland handgunners 👍🏻 #Warhammer #WarhammerCommunity #OldWorld

My Stargrave crew.
The Wookie Captain, J.F. Sebastian is a little obsessed with robots…. #wargaming #tabletopgames

A creepy #Warhammer Necromancer I painted up recently. Using him in my Mordheim gang at the moment. He recently got captured and cost me 45gp to get back 🙄 #Wargaming

My mates very cool ‘alien world’ board. Playing a home brewed Star Wars Legion skirmish game on it #StarWars #StarWarsLegion #Wargaming #Tabletop

[Sabre Wargaming @SabreWargaming]

Overall I miss some parts of the old game, particularly the missions but I’m still enjoying the game and look forward to playing more games and trying new combos 👍🏻

My thoughts on the ‘not new’ version of #StarWarsLegion First and biggest change is the turn 0. I like that there is still a player interactive mission/secondary builder. The new missions lean on a much quicker and more bloody fight to control the points in the middle, 1/4

[Sabre Wargaming @SabreWargaming]

arguably less game changing now, as victory points are much more available.
Cover rules are interesting but sucks when your opponent bosses the roll and saves them all 🤣
The new artwork on the cards is really cool and it’s nice to see them credit the artists 3/4

A big old game of Star Wars Legion last night! 3 players a side with 500 pts each. It was a crazy and fun game, and with so many models on the board, pretty brutal! #StarWarsLegion #Wargaming

[Sabre Wargaming @SabreWargaming]

After way too long of an absence, I was very excited to be playing some D&D again last night! My Lvl 1 wizard nearly got killed by a goblin but will fight on next week thankfully 😅

[Sabre Wargaming @SabreWargaming]

Been years but played a bit of Bolt Action yesterday! A SAS patrol come across a crashed plane with vital Axis intel. Unfortunately a DAK force were also in the area. Despite Allied troops rapid movement as well as artillery support, the DAK forces were able to secure the intel!

[Sabre Wargaming @SabreWargaming]

Played a bit of #WarhammerQuest a couple of days ago, delightfully Old World!

[Sabre Wargaming @SabreWargaming]

Great doubles game of SWL recently. Double rebels vs double empire. Ended a draw but super close as Empire Bobba had an objective with only one wound left, and a single shore trooper hung on to another one! #StarWarsLegion #WarGaming

@PaintandG @_EccentricMan Haha, so do I 😬

[Sabre Wargaming @SabreWargaming]

I hate taking photos of my stuff so I haven’t bothered for ages! I did however recently take a quick snap of Din for #StarWarsLegion. I decided to paint him up in his ‘Episode 1’ armour for a change 👍🏻 #StarWars #Mandalorian

As our Mordheim campaign draws to a close, three warbands find themselves in our traditional final pit fight. Obviously feeling at home, my Pit King destroys the dwarf with a critical strike from his morning star to win the campaign!! #WarGaming

Into the ruins of #Mordheim, searching for some hidden treasure. My warband finds them stuck in between some heavily armoured dwarves and some frenzied disease ridden rats! Knowing that they were in the jaws of certain death they fell back to fight another day #wargaming
