@loulaaax @nonBPDspouse Hey, so i am diagnosed with Bipolar 1 & BPD. It definitely helps to get a full diagnosis so you can get help for both, medication doesn't help BPD, but medication is good for Bipolar. My relationships were toxic! but i got help now I'm married for 15 yrs! don't give up hope 🙏

@djsaucebaby @nonBPDspouse Thank you, although I'd never wish this on anyone, it's good to know I'm not on my own. I'm glad you were able to find help within you're friends, help for people with BPD really is needed, as is more awareness! i hope you are getting help and in a better place 🙏

🚫 Violence is NEVER ok and it's never excusable, and i guess police needed to be called to report the incident, had that attack never happened, the police wouldn't have been called! wrong on both sides. But the press made her out to be a violent lunatic, that was so unfair 😕
