@Homebase_uk@Homebase_help have been emailing for over a week with no reply. You delivered something which was damaged and I can’t speak to anyone to get it collected. Have messaged you, emailed and filled out online forms and still no response
@MattSharpe20@BandQ Apparently not their fault, not willing to give us a replacement or pay for the fitting of the kitchen that we have to pay regardless. All appliances and sink etc have been purchased for that worktop so can’t just change it without changing them!
@MattSharpe20@BandQ Kitchen delivery tomorrow! Waited 6 weeks due to worktop. Find out today it’s discontinued! spent thousands on the kitchen, fitting, appliances and delivery is cancelled! B&q not willing to do anything other than refund the worktop which doesn’t help us with fitting. 😡
