A successful day of sharing about Remote Learning. Over 700 @mbteachers met with K-8 Manitoba Remote Learning Support Centre staff to talk remote learning. A full day of sessions continue tomorrow.
It is important to look after your mental health. Help is available if you need someone to talk to. Call toll-free and book your first free appointment with a trained counsellor. https://t.co/N4tu7DUaFS #Manitoba#Covid19MB
Happy Terry Fox Day, Manitoba!
In 2015, Manitoba declared this statutory holiday in honour of Terry. His dad Rolly said “Terry’s roots are in Manitoba where he lived the first 8 years of his life. We are very grateful that the province has recognized Terry and his living legacy.”
Regardless of their style, students consistently say the same things about teachers they like: They care about what I’m saying, they ask questions, they seem to enjoy their job, and they don’t judge me based on what they see or hear. https://t.co/WRHf6QSgJj
