●The right upper lobe is expanded, resulting in outward bowing of the right major fissure (bulging fissure sign).

Bilateral centrilobular and paraseptal emphysema.

■Two solid pulmonary nodules in the right lower lobe (RLL), requiring follow-up.

*Dilatation of the right bronchointercostal trunk to approximately 2.5 mm, indicating an increased risk of hemoptysis.
