The Sacramento Taxpayer Association Board of Directors has voted to Oppose Measure C the Sacramento City Business License Tax. This will be on the March 5, 2024 ballot for Sacramento City Residents.
Folsom City Sales Tax Initiative: DECLINE TO SIGN. The Board of Directors of the Sacramento Taxpayers Association recommends citizens of Folsom -- Decline to Sign a "citizens initiative" for a One Percent Sales Tax with no sunset provision. It's a faulty initiative. More to come!

SB 362 , a bill moving through the California legislature, promises to cost taxpayers exponentially more than the sponsors would have us believe. Until the reality of the costs of this proposed legislation can be more accurately defined, SB362 should be pulled from consideration.
