A PICTURE WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS.

Team USA honored Johnny Gaudreau by bringing his 2 kids out to the ice and holding his jersey up for a picture after winning the God Medal.

Johnny and his brother Matthew were killed by a drunk driver in 2024, which kept him off the ice today.

What an incredible tribute that his family will never forget.

We’re back for our 3rd spring tackle season of @milehighprep with a whole new attitude!

We have adjusted our focus to align with the ever-changing landscape of college football recruiting. Our staff is made up of extraordinary coaches with NFL, CFB, and HSFB experience.

Our goal is to help develop current high school players and elevate their stock as CFB prospects with position coaching, film study, and competitive gameplay against national talent.

Before, we were only open to 9th-11th grade. Now, we’ve added uncommitted and under recruited seniors who want one more shot at landing on a CFB radar.

Colorado is a gold mine for elite-level talent in every sport, and we want to help prove that. We are going to continue to show just real Colorado football players are by going head-to-head with whomever is put in front of us!

One thing many people forget about the D1 transfer portal:

Some of these young men aren’t leaving by choice — they’re being forced out.

Scholarships get pulled.
Numbers change.
Staffs “cut them loose” and tell them to find a new home.

It’s not always what you think.

I’m an old head, no doubt — but loyalty goes both ways.
You can’t preach commitment and sacrifice, then make “business decisions” and act surprised when kids protect themselves.

I keep saying it:
You can’t blame the youngsters when the adults have royally screwed this whole thing up.
