My delivery has been at the Harlow depot since 14th September. Apparently 'Unable to attempt delivery' over 7 days I have put a complaint but doesn't look like this has work? Please can someone get back to me as this package will soon get lost within RoyalMail.

@ZSLWhipsnadeZoo I've never been disappointed, today I was utterly unimpressed. Barely any animals to see as they have been removed. Card machine down, ice cream machine not working. Spoke to several long time members and they also were not happy. Looks so run down :(
