16 feb an email was sent, the id was provided by @Aarogyasetu1 executives but sadly that email id does not exist. I mean this is utter negligence. These officials don’t even know how to address the issues and give wrong information
@SetuAarogya@ICMRDELHI its been 1 month and 10 days when i had tested covid positive. Even has 31 Jan report which from Pathkind which is -ive, still #aarogyasetu app shows me positive. Can i expect some help. Facing daily challenges due to this @MoHFW_INDIA@pathkindlabs
@SetuAarogya I had been tested positive on 17 Jan 2022 and then subsequently negative on 31 Jan 2022. However till date my app shows that i am covid positive due to which i am facing travel challenges. The helpline has not been able to resolve this. Kindly suggest the way forward
