Looking like a fraud, where only the payment part works, nothing else.

Absolutely shameful! Train 04060 delayed for over 9 hours and still not moving. Passengers helpless, no clarity, no accountability. @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial this is pure mismanagement. People will not forget this treatment when they vote in the upcoming Bihar Elections.
