I raised service request which was assigned 2 resolve yesterday. But I got call & service person asked share the OTP to reschedule which I denied as I have not asked for rescheduled.
Then he said if you will not share OTP I will not send staff.

Even calling customer care did not help. Still nobody came to resolve . Customer care assured that they send early morning but Noone has come , it seems service staff is rowdy, whenever they want will come not as per schedule.
