@airindia I booked flight from Kolkata to Pune on 08/09/26 for 11/09/26 and paid ₹8,698. But today when i was trying to download boarding pass, it showed Ticket Issue Pending. Upon reaching airport i was told from Air India ground staff that my ticket was

Cancelled and i need to book another ticket for ₹11,893. Also the ground staff told me that i will get the refund but since i didnot receive any confirmation, How i will receive refund? This kind of blunder was not expected from @airindia.
