As a BP you have to learn offense, we are too socialized to hold the grievances of defense only
More offense:
Education
Skills
Involvement in policy
Financial literacy
Fitness
Family planning
Strategic communications
Youth building
Wealth extraction
Faith
Self preservation
Those are broad emotions. Underneath the anger could be embarrassment, shame, rejection, inadequacy etc. Only when you allow yourself to pull those layers out and confront what’s actually there can you free yourself from being controlled by it.
I’m starting to realize that some people genuinely can’t identify what they’re feeling beyond “angry, sad, irritated,” etc. And that creates a whole different kind of disconnect.
one of the biggest lies women get told is that going through their spiritual journey + becoming “healed” means they have to become this perfect, extremely nice, humble, + calm person.
like maybe you actually need to get angrier + set more boundaries. maybe you need to become more selfish + put yourself first.

Sensuality has made me particular. I notice the temperature of a room, the texture against my skin, the scent left behind, the quality of someone’s touch… Attention refines taste.
Life is constantly giving us information.
We just have to be present enough to see it, interpret it, and use it.
Our awareness then becomes leverage to create more safety and security in OUR world.
Everything is information!
someone’s behavior -> info
your own reaction -> info
what energizes you -> info
who brings out your best -> info
someone always following through -> info
an opportunity you keep noticing -> info
your mistakes -> info
what repeatedly happens -> info
