@CthonicNights It could be any USS agent operating in France, HUNK included.
I was just pointing out that it would be a nice nod to the Drama album "The Female Spy Ada Lives", where HUNK is tasked with delivering the G-Virus sample to France.
Translation by Project Umbrella.
I know this probably isn't HUNK, but it would make sense for him to be in France, since that's where he was supposed to deliver the G-Virus.
At least according to an N64-exclusive file and a drama album.
Who knows? Maybe we'll even see Ada... though I doubt it.

@_JinxMyBeloved I was imagining more of a small cameo in Paris. In the Drama Album, Ada follows HUNK to France in an attempt to obtain a G-Virus sample.
Besides, I don't think the whole French section would last any longer than the game's intro.
Despite getting along well, having a lot in common, and even sharing an ending that suggests romantic feelings, George and Cindy have one irreconcilable difference...
Cindy loves Mr. Raccoon, while George seems to hate him.

A protagonist seeing an antagonist through what at first appears to be nothing but television static happens at least twice.
Yoko sees Monica in the labs, and Jill sees Nemesis on her television, although the latter is only a nightmare.
#REBHFun#REOutbreak#ResidentEvilOutbreak
Okay, this is a strange one.
In the sewers beneath the labs, someone appears to have been eating cereal, drinking coffee and a couple of beers, and reading the newspaper as well as a book titled "Horror", featuring what looks like a U.S.S. agent on the cover.
...What?

Let's talk about the police car that appears at the end of Desperate Times.
Because #RE3 takes place before Claire and Leon reach Raccoon City, most people assume it's just a nod to them
However, the script reveals it was originally meant to be them, not just a reference

In "Desperate Times", we revisit most of the police station areas previously seen in #RE2, with one exception.
This level marks the first appearance of the parking garage ramp; previously, only its fully closed entrance had been shown.

Only a few reference images used by the #ResidentEvilOutbreak designers are known, such as a couple of street photographs, possibly from New York.
They most likely created the entirety of Raccoon City's streets that we see during the game based on these.

@biohazarddoctor That's interesting, that model was already old by 1998, I guess Jim really liked it.
I wonder if he would have liked the Shaq Victory Pumps that Reebok released in 2023.
Jim's love for shoes is undeniable, from his special items to his epilogue.
Given Reebok's involvement in #ResidentEvilOutbreak, the sneakers Jim wears may have been inspired by a real Reebok model from the early 2000s.
Has anyone identified which pair they resemble?

Apparently, most of the employees at the Emission Tower were quarantined after showing the first symptoms of the T-Virus.
As we pass through, we'll find them already transformed into zombies, locked inside a medical room.
Even then, something still watches us from inside

Kevin used to be the best marksman in the whole station, second only to Chris and Forest.
Still, he seems perfectly fine with that; his "Runner-Up" trophy sits proudly beside his desk.
Sometimes I wonder if he tried to join S.T.A.R.S. just to train alongside them.

Other alternatives included the WilPharma vaccine, though it likely failed to cure Raccoon City Syndrome as well.
Nathaniel Bard’s vaccine was ultimately destroyed, but it seemed to work on Jill.
As for AT1521, it was only effective before symptoms began to manifest.
Anyone suffering from Raccoon City Syndrome has likely tried every known antidote.
Leon already tested a vaccine, but it appeared to work only against Blake’s strain.
Daylight was once regarded as the most effective cure, believed capable of completely eradicating the T-Virus.
The hallway windows near the Interrogation Room must have been boarded up after the events of Desperate Times.
In that level, we see the exact moment the zombies break through them.
Who boarded them up, and who was the comedian that wrote “redrum” on the boards, I have no idea.
