Today at the “office”! The Modules are brand new (not available yet). They can be installed as pull up or chin up bars. As you can see, if you mount a couple of Base Stations vertically you can also do this!

We’ve received initial data from our EMG study. First interesting observation: the level of trunk muscle activation is greater by changing the hold from Jug (gripped) to Sloper (open hand).
