- having demonstrated experience of growing something from ₹10Cr to ₹100Cr+ atleast (it’s ok if you got real close, and have battle-scars & stories to go with it, we always have long ears for that, bring it on!)
- must have, in past life, 🌟 built, scaled and retained a decent sized team 🤹 (yes, these are very heavy words; yes, will ask you to show your attrition numbers; yes, will be referencing them strongly)

- ^ while you ace both of the above, mission critical that:
a) you try to wear your heart on the sleeve, and always and always do the right thing, play heart-first (yes we say that a lot in here), means putting the customer’s win above anything else including any ₹₹ (because, btw, if you play the first 11/10, then everything else naturally follows 💘)
b) boss you got to very very high integrity, so much that you could’ve been protecting the country or be part of a religious tribe in another life. Serious.

Designation: could be anything, we don’t care so much; you could call yourself Director / Senior Direcor, or just put a - up here, or something else fun or silly or sexy or sounds-imp — whatever helps you do your job better and GO ALL IN.

Compensation no bar obviously if you fit the above well. Promise (and folks who work with me can back this claim!) that if you do well at our shop, I personally hold myself responsible, for you doing better than you ever-wanted financially, for the family and for yourself. It’s welcome to be ambitious!

Most importantly, of course, you need to be fun ;)
