This post is for those who carry the weight of their families—fighting poverty, supporting relatives, and trying to make life better. It’s tough and often overwhelming as most requests for help are genuine.
You mean well, but don’t forget yourself. If you have children, they come first. Help where you can, but know who your primary responsibility is.
One tip: If you struggle to say "No" (like me), commit your money. Avoid keeping easily accessible cash—I've learned that mobile money makes it too easy to give away.
When your money is tied up—like in building materials or loan repayments—it’s easier to say “I don’t have,” because it’s true. Committed money protects your goals. #nodignityinpoverty #happysunday
