Now if I call her out, it’ll become “you’re trying to ruin my business.” Honestly, the least any business owner can do is be truthful with customers. I’ll never understand why some people lie just to secure a deal, only to lose the customer in the end. Being honest from the start builds trust and creates long-term benefits far beyond a single sale.
