@virginmedia I've had no WiFi all day and I work from home. Called this morning to be told a signal had been sent to the hub so it'd work, it hasn't. We've followed all trouble shooting and nothing is working. How will this be sorted as there is no issue in our area?

@ScottishPower I have never experienced customer service like yours. Spent over a YEAR trying to sort out payments with you and even left the direct debit OPEN so that you can take it. No response to formal complaints, no updates, no payments taken.
@curryspcworld Absolutely HORRENDOUS service. We purchased a TV in November and were promised a Β£100 in store voucher if we signed up to virgin media (we did on the day!!) And Β£50 cash back for the TV. The website lets us do neither. What is going to be done about this!?!?!?!?
@virginmedia On the currys website it also states that you can 'claim' this back online, but only within 60 days. We tried and this didnt work. We have waited and now we are over the 60 day mark. So many mixed messages. This needs to be sorted as soon as possible!!
@virginmedia we are brand new customers and our wifi is down. To top it off there is noone available to come out to our house until TUESDAY. CHRISTMAS EVE. Please advise what you will be doing about this?! We are furious!!!
