@StagecoachCNL Just a suggestion to get your drivers to read your posters regarding phone lights in dark, or possibly try eye tests. Twice in the last few weeks I've had drivers go past me despite being under a street light and using my torch light with my arm stuck out to signal
After last time having hell with @parcelforce I said I'd never willingly deal with them again. Unfortunately another item I've ordered has been sent with them and they are again causing me a headache π€¦οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½ββοΈ the most non customer friendly delivery company I know @parcelforce
@StagecoachCNL Any reason the 67 is so messed up but you haven't uodated the tracking? So far 3 haven't turned up but not been changed to cancelled on the timetable and tracking map showing no busses
The 4 times @O2 have promised to escalate and sort the issue I'm having, from October to now π clearly escalating isn't working so complaints and ombudsman will have to try instead #o2
@ubereats_uk refused a refund due to my account having a lot of price adjustments already. If your takeaway partners knew how to pack an order correctly I wouldn't need to keep requesting a refund for missing items π€¦π»ββοΈ why am I being punished and losing money because of others??
@RoyalMailHelp It's actually quite bizzare you don't offer this service. You won't even leave items where I say (and take responsibility for) bevauae it doesn't fit your criteria. Happily paying extra for courier services these days as they offer a better customer service
@RoyalMailHelp constantly delivering during the school run and then returning my orders to the post office instead of leaving with a neighbour is slowly driving me mad π π
@RoyalMailHelp It doesn't vary though, it's constantly in the same 40 mins I'm going to and coming from school. And really it should be up to me where my items go. I dont want them going back to the post office I can't get yo for collection, i want them either with me or with a neighbour
