InterLink announced an "official partnership" with OKX to celebrate 10 Million Linkers, backed by a handshake emoji (🤝) in the comments.

Promoters claim this proves OKX is "backing" or "listing" $ITL. Let me explain how this user-acquisition trick works.

Look directly at the instructions to claim the "Exclusive InterLink & OKX NFT":

1...Download the OKX App.
2...Sign up & complete KYC identity verification on OKX.
3...Click "Login with OKX" to link your account.

The Reality: This is a standard OKX Web3 Affiliate / User Acquisition Campaign.

OKX allows Web3 projects to use referral links to recruit new KYC users to OKX. In return, InterLink receives affiliate referral bonuses for driving traffic.

Exchange social media teams use automated engagement tools to comment on viral posts tagging them.

A social media admin dropping a 🤝 emoji on X is standard marketing engagement it is NOT a signed listing agreement, institutional backing, or financial audit.

InterLink hypes up their "OKX Wallet Integration".

The Web3 Fact: OKX Wallet and Web3 SDKs are open-source and permissionless.

Any website developer in the world can put a "Connect OKX Wallet" button on their app without asking OKX for permission or a partnership.

There is ZERO official announcement from OKX confirming a spot or futures listing for ITL orITLG.

Real exchange listings require formal listing announcements, verified smart contract addresses, and public liquidity pools.

Notice how InterLink uses the exact same playbook for every major name?

Google: Cloud hosting credits reported as a "Lead Investor".

Visa: Payment gateway usage presented as "Powered by Visa".

NIST: Automated test submissions passed off as "Top AI Ranking".

OKX: An affiliate sign-up campaign turned into a "Strategic Exchange Partnership".

Why run this campaign?
To get users to complete exchange KYC and hand over personal identity data, while InterLink earns affiliate bonuses and distracts from the fact that they still don't have a public mainnet.

In leaked chats, InterLink founder KV already admitted:

1...No Public RPC Endpoints (running on a closed private server).
2...Closed-Source Code.
3...No Active CertiK Audit.
4...Mainnet delayed.

If OKX is an official partner and not just an affiliate link campaign:

Show an official press release directly from OKX confirming an $ITL token listing.

Provide a live public Block Explorer with open RPC endpoints.

Publish a completed CertiK audit report.

Don't be fooled by handshake emojis or affiliate referral campaigns.

Without a public RPC endpoint or verified on-chain data, your tokens are database numbers inside an app.

I saw a comment under a Facebook influencer’s post claiming that he’s getting married with the money he expects to receive from $HOOD. 😂

This is exactly why some people keep falling for crypto scams.

To crypto influencers: Please stop promoting suspicious projects just to gain engagement, referrals, or money from gas fees.

You have an audience that trusts you. When you promote a project, people invest their time, money, and hope based on your recommendations.

If a project has no credible team, no transparent roadmap, no real utility, and no clear path to sustainability, stop selling dreams to your followers.

Not every token will make you rich. Not every airdrop will reward you. And not every project asking you to pay gas fees is worth your money.

Your influence comes with responsibility. Don't sacrifice people's trust for personal gain.

Before promoting any project, do your research. And before believing an influencer's promises, do yours too.

Crypto should be about education and opportunities, not exploiting people's desperation to make money.

Stop selling dreams. Start educating people.
