@AviationWG I hope this has nothing to do with the investigation report under Annex 13. As Annex 13 states, the sole purpose of a safety investigation is to prevent similar occurrences in the future—not to blame or determine liability. Why, then, is this being handled by a court in India?

@aviationbrk Under current ICAO terminology, ETOPS (Extended Twin-engine Operations) is no longer used.

ICAO now uses:

EDTO – Extended Diversion Time Operations

Why ETOPS testing?!!! Not EDTO?

@MPPregent @MPPregent Qatar has enjoyed a lot of Isolated Iran. After freeing Iran, the will loose monopoly of gas exports! They will also lose its giant Qatar Airways, as Iran Air will have a golden come back. Emirates also is in fear.
