@EvansCycles 3/3 Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Very poor customer service and has caused us lot of frustration and inconvenience.

@EvansCycles shocked with the level of service with regards to my purchase.I made a payment of £205 for the electric scooter purchased online to present my 10 year old son as a birthday gift. Expected to take delivery of the item on 21 April as advised by Evri/courier.1/3

@LloydsBank Ok- still not clear- if you receive an incentive for sole account switch you can still receive another one incentive together for the joint account switch too?

@LloydsBank after numerous tries, I'm unable to get through to phone advisors. Quick qts 1- is current account switch offers available to existing Halifax customers? 2- if a couple switches 2x sole accounts and 1x joint account are they eligible for 2 or 3 switch incentives? Thnx

@LloydsBank Thanks. If my account which I'm switching to Lloyds does not have active debits and credits for example direct debits- Am I still eligible for the incentive if I use switch service?

@emirates pls advise. My elderly parents stuck in Mumbai, India for last 9 months. Ref LKWHBJ. After many cancellation they are finally on flight for 16Dec. They are indian citizens with NZ Permanent Residence permit. 2-3 hours transit in Dubai. Call centre giving conflict advis?
