After a busy weekend for @IRScotland volunteers at the Halal Food Festival 2024 in SEC Glasgow, SPMA were happy to lend a helpful hand, helping tidy up the IR Hub in time for the First Minister of Scotland John Swnney��s visit to the hub and IR charity shop.
SPMA are proud to serve and support our local communities, helping provide food items to Police Scotland Youth Volunteers who will be preparing Christmas Food Hampers destined for Good Morning Service and Golden Generation service users.

@ColourHeritage invited us to the 6th Multifaith Remembrance Service in Kingussie, Scotland today to commemorate the Indian Muslim soldiers of Force K6 contingent (An all Muslim Mule Transport Corps) from present day Pakistan that are buried within Kingussie New Cemetery.

We have been busy over the weekend with a few events. Our chair @SafSPMA attended Tyndrum to help our friends at @therealfoodcafe with their fantastic “Pick and Chips” monthly litter pick which resulted in a great turnout of volunteersfor a worthy cause.
After 28 years in the Police Service, Police Sergeant Abdul Majid carried out his final shift today at Shettleston Police Office, Group 1 response receiving gifts from his team and getting a heart warming send off. He will be greatly missed by colleagues. Happy Retirement! 🫡

200+ miles of cycling over 2 days from Findhorn to Dumbarton, Scotland, all in aid of humanitarian relief efforts in Palestine raising £40k. Our chair. @SafSPMA was honoured to support the team from Mearns Cycling Club and @IRScotland.
Being a Police Officer can be emotionally & physically draining, highlighting the importance of prioritising well-being maintains effectiveness/resilience. It was a privilege to deliver SPMA's Well-being Event providing officers/staff with an opportunity to regroup & refocus.
I was fortunate enough to visit the Isle of Tiree in Scotland last weekend with it’s stunning white sandy beaches with clear blue water and amazing people . Excellent event by the TMF team, partners and sponsors.
