Many Boise students will be back in school Monday. Drivers are warned to pay special attention to the laws around passing a school bus that is stopped with its stop arm extended as the fines have increased. For a first offense the fine is now $200.

School starts tomorrow, so a quick reminder. Going through a 430 ft school zone at 20 mph instead of 35 mph adds approximately 6.3 seconds to your commute. If you don't have 6.3 seconds to spare, maybe reevaluate your decisions in life.
