@DCPIGI @DelhiPolice Please return the mobile phone seized from the rape survivor under FIR No. 362/2024. It has been 75 days despite a 10-day return assurance from ACP VKPS Yadav. Withholding her phone further endangers her safety in this precarious situation.

Instead of empowering women you take away their personal resources. Also, you don't provide mental health therapy and contact details of public prosecutor. DLSA didn't provide legal aid for anticipatory bail hearing. Given this, should I look forward to get justice?
