I'm sure many of us in the #SAFEMOONFAMILY may be feeling a little on edge or anxious about the current state of everything over the past month or so. It's okay to have those feelings; but working through those feelings are more important.

It can be hard not to overthink things when you are not getting any updates or clarifications on what has been happening with the legal issues; And uncertainty can drive any of us insane if we think about it long enough.

Since 11/1/23 - @CptHodl has been incarcerated (unjustly in my opinion). He is scheduled to have a detention hearing this week on the 6th. This should be the opportunity he will be able to get out on bail while this matter is pending.

Due to the bail conditions John will most likely appoint an Interim CEO or a new CEO to drive @safemoon forward with its focus map and deliverables of the products that are lined up to be released.

I'm confident that once he is released we will start getting a flurry of updates and communications regarding the allegations, his side of the story and the continuing operations of #SAFEMOON .

Looking back at @coinbase when the SEC went after them too, they have been fighting back and has calls to action to write our congress people ask for meaningful change and laws on the books for Crypto & Web3 as a whole.

I'm guessing we will see something similar as one thing is very clear; The current powers that be want to destroy Crypto by Regulation by Enforcement. This means the public regulatory bodies want to twist and turn their current rules and try to claim dominion of Crypto. As we know , this is a big fight and until our elected members of congress push through meaningful change, we will continue to see attacks on projects trying to make a real difference.

When you take a step back and see things from the 1000 Foot high level. I know Crypto and Web3 companies that are building the right way will succeed.

#SAFEMOON just got granted more patents and more regulatory licensing in more jurisdictions. This is important because they have been building the right way in an compliance-first mindset.

My advice, Take a few deep breaths , unplug from the world of social media if you have too and remember why you got involved in Web3 and crypto as a whole.

I'm here because i know Crypto as a whole will change our outdated financial system for the better. It'll root out the fraud and bad actors as we go. I know #SAFEMOON will be one of the leaders in the space even-though it may not seem like that right now.

People controlling their own data with #SafemoonOrbitalShield is a big deal and big tech does not like giving up that control.

Dear #SAFEMOONFAMILY,
As part of our continuing efforts to safeguard assets and improve operations, we are taking some actions that will be observable on the blockchain.

As part of our commitment to sharing information updates as and when we can, we wanted to let you know that a blacklist setting is being applied to a specific group of wallet addresses.

The deployer wallet and associated contracts will be rotated out to a refreshed set of company owned wallets, and social media accounts may see updates to some of the profiles (detail, users, roles, etc).

Maintenance improvements and feature deployments/enhancements to wallet apps also are expected to continue.

During some of these activities there may be a limited, temporary pause on access to the SWaP,  Bridges and V1-V2 migration tool while changes are applied.

Outside of this, all other operations such as the SWaP, bridges, apps and tools should continue as usual. No changes are being made to the LP (Liquidity Pools).

We really appreciate the understanding and compassion that we have seen from so many as we navigate recent events, and look to moving our business forward.
