As somebody who educated on this area for several years @Safen3t, I have written a piece looking at the recent confusion of indecent images and the age of consent.

In short, a child, despite being over the age of consent, cannot agree to their 'nudes' being distributed.

The appeal is based on arguments of child trafficking and is to be heard by the Special Immigration Appeals Committee who deal with immigration cases where there are concerns over national security.
