Big congrats to SaferUP! researcher @IKousis
on his successful defence of his doctoral thesis on urban heat island mitigation solutions and urban monitoring techniques
Why is the lighting pink in the park at PEARL? Because the tree needs a blend of deep blue and near infrared light (with a dash of green) to stay healthy and grow while waiting for the @REGEN_Study experiment to start. Lots of fresh leaf buds and some leaves starting to appear.
Flashback to our delicious SaferUP! cake at our launch in 2018 (where did the time go)
