राजस्थान के श्रीगंगानगर में 13 वर्षीय दलित नाबालिग बच्ची के साथ बंधक बनाकर 32 लोगों द्वारा किए गए सामूहिक दुष्कर्म की घटना अत्यंत भयावह और मानवता को शर्मसार करने वाली है।

पीड़िता के अनुसार, उसके साथ कभी तीन से चार और कभी इससे अधिक लोगों ने मिलकर दुष्कर्म किया।बार-बार होने वाले हमलों से जब भी उसे दर्द होता था, तो उसे शराब पीने के लिए मजबूर किया जाता था। यह अपराध क्रूरता की सभी सीमाओं को पार करने वाला है।

इससे भी अधिक शर्मनाक और आक्रोशजनक बात यह है कि घटना के खुलासे के 15 दिन बाद भी इस मामले में शामिल सभी आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी नहीं हो सकी है। यह सरकार की कानून-व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े करता है।

मुख्यमंत्री @BhajanlalBjp जी, आखिर आधा महीना बीत जाने के बाद भी बाकी दरिंदे पुलिस की गिरफ्त से बाहर क्यों हैं?

हम @RajGovOfficial से मांग करते हैं कि 24 घंटे के भीतर फरार चल रहे सभी आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी सुनिश्चित की जाए। इस पूरे मामले की सुनवाई फास्ट-ट्रैक कोर्ट में कराई जाए और सरकार मजबूत पैरवी करते हुए दोष सिद्ध होने पर सभी आरोपियों को कठोरतम सजा दिलाना सुनिश्चित करे। ​पीड़ित दलित परिवार को तत्काल सुरक्षा, न्याय और उचित आर्थिक मुआवजा प्रदान किया जाए।
