@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva The railway staff are directly asking to tip 3 different teams. It looks like the staff earn more from tips than their salary 😅
The catering team needed tips; the cleaning team needed tips; even the AC control team needed tips.

A college 4th year student working as an intern was really worried about receiving his pre-placement offer (ppo) from the company (the PPO conversation rate is around 50-60%).

Hola! He received his PPO confirmation after his discussion with the lead.
These were my advise to him.

3. Adding an emotional touch: Tell him that your college has barred you from applying to other companies due to the ongoing internship at the company. Tell him that you are worried about your PPO and your interest in joining the current company as an FTE.
