ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ప్రశ్నించిన మా బీఆర్ఎస్ నాయకుడు @Krishank_BRS ను, ట్విట్టర్‌లో ఒక ట్వీట్ ను రీట్వీట్ చేసిన సోషల్ మీడియా కార్యకర్త నల్లబాలును అర్థరాత్రి అరెస్ట్ చేసి జైలుకి పంపిన మీరు.. రేప్ కేసులో ఫిర్యాదు వచ్చినా నిందితుడిని ఎందుకు వదిలేశారు??

The recent POCSO case involving Bandi Bhageerath, son of Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar Garu, has deeply disturbed me.

I strongly believe the #POCSO Act was created to make sure every minor girl gets justice no matter what.

Power, position, influence or status should never come in the way. Every girl deserves equal justice under the Constitution and the law.

Cases involving minors need real urgency, transparency and accountability. Any delay, silence or selective action only damages public faith in the justice system.

This is not about politics or personalities. Truth must come out and justice must prevail.

I sincerely hope the investigation and every legal procedure is carried out with urgency, fairness and transparency, free from any pressure or influence.

#Justice must not only be done but also seen to be done, proving once again that no one is above the law.
