All cars above 1200cc shall be banned for next 2 months and no new registration shall be allowed in NCR
We need to go out of box for pollution control

In general we get sms about downgrade from upper class and difference of fare is refunded
But in this case it was not done, silently the coach was changed B4 which has to be AC 3 tier, it was replaced by AC economy

When i logged complaint on twitter last time on 3rd Dec, that time it was told difference of fare will be credited by IRCTC
