Disha Salian death case | Thane: Advocate Nilesh Ojha says, "The CBI FIR was registered, and a letter was immediately written requesting police protection for four individuals: Satish Salian, our witness Sameer Wankhede, myself, and Ashutosh Pathak. The letter clearly states, citing records from your home ministry and the Narcotics Bureau, that it is evident that Aditya Thackeray is involved in the drug trade. Furthermore, an FIR has now been registered against him regarding gang rape, murder, and a cover-up. Several other high-profile individuals and police officers are also implicated as accused in this matter. We have already provided all prima facie evidence; the CBI has obtained everything necessary during the investigation to secure a conviction. Yet, the accused currently enjoys 'Y-plus' security provided by your administration. Meanwhile, those who brought this matter to light and those facing direct threats from individuals like Sanjay Raut, were left unprotected. Providing security is mandatory under the Witness Protection Scheme and Supreme Court guidelines. Yet, they failed to do so. Consequently, we compiled all the material and handed it over to the CBI. We also urged them to investigate the role of Police Commissioner Deven Bharti and determine why police protection was not granted..."

A Gen Z boy asked Parvesh Verma why there is so much corruption in road construction in Delhi.

Parvesh Verma lost his cool and slapped him. The boy also lost his cool but somehow, DCM Parvesh Verma’s security managed to stop him.

VIDEO | Delhi: AAP MLA Jarnail Singh alleges that Delhi PWD Minister Parvesh Verma slapped a youth during a road inspection.

Jarnail Singh says, "A short while ago, I received a call from BJP PWD Minister Parvesh Verma. He said he had come to inspect the road and asked me to show where it was damaged. I peeled the road off like a carpet and showed it to him. Seeing this, the minister became agitated and, in his agitation, slapped our colleague who was recording the video, and then fled from here. Some local BJP workers were also with him, and they too fled along with the minister. I want to ask whether this is the conduct of the BJP and whether a minister will indulge in such acts, in the manner of goons."

The victim, Saheb Singh, says, "We had come here for an inspection after Parvesh Verma called the MLA and asked him to show where the road was damaged. I was recording a video when Parvesh Verma snatched my phone and raised his hand at me, which is clearly visible in the video. His security personnel held my hand and grabbed me by the neck, trying to press it, and pulled me away. Three-four BJP workers were also with him. They also misbehaved with me, raised their hands at me and threatened to kill me."
