We can't argue about the H-1B without data, so here it is:

The red bars are companies with 95%+ Indians — the IT staffing firms, all in the bottom 50%. Bottom 70 are <$100k.

~30-50% H-1B has a low-wage problem.

The H-1B visa program is capped at 85,000 recipients annually.

The foreign workers who take advantage of the visa program range in any given year between 300,000 and 550,000.

If you cut the H-1B visa abuse out of the system, you open up about 40,000 jobs a year, max.

That’s what we’ve been arguing about for three days. Meanwhile, there are probably 15 million illegal immigrants in America.

Let’s have some priorities and perspective.

Pop that bubble — the only reason US is existing is because $ is a reserve currency & has the ability to buy/bribe your way outta problems. Change that and US got no ability to import the best brains / products and watch it crumble. US never had any "brains", just the money to import it — a variable / not a constant.

Imagine investing in this car for its unmatched safety, only to face a tragic end because a car in the opposite lane suddenly slows down, causing a container truck behind it to lose control, jump the divider, and crush you, your spouse, three kids, and a relative.

Not the Volvo's fault, as any car would have crushed under such heavy weight—just an unfortunate twist of fate. Sad how death can find you in the most unexpected ways, even when you've done everything to stay safe.
