@UPS has once again managed to disappoint, infuriate and upset me altogether. I place an order on @handm, opt for a UPS pick up location that was listed, the location refuses my package, but I make adress changes in time BUT STILL, UPS does not attempt another delivery

@UPS makes the executive decision to just send it off. Do you guys not realize that you cause massive inconveniences. I even called to confirm my adress change in a matter of seconds after receiving a notification but still nothing happens. #newyorkcity #UPSdelivery #YouHadOneJob

Kudos to @UPS for completely ruining my Diwali by misplacing the parcel my family sent all the way from India. Not having contacted the shipper/ the receiver, they kept making decisions at their end on our behalf. And what's the best they can do now? FILE A CLAIM! @USAGov

Just this morning I was transferred between six different representatives across four different departments and NOT ONE OF THEM COULD FILE MY COMPLAINT EFFICIENTLY OR EVEN PROVIDE INFORMATION I ASKED FOR @UPS @USAGov #consumer

It's easy for @UPS to offer "a claim" for the money back, but what about the family items my mom sent me? On top of which, they conviently DON'T HAVE A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT??!? basically you're saying you don't care!? @USAGov
