@MissingnoMan @Mericamemed Nah, I work for one of the largest Tech Companies in the World and we've had a very large work from home employment base since way before Covid. We never use the camera. The reason work from home is going away is because it was always meant to be temporary for Covid.

@rrkinter @Rainmaker1973 Yep Hay is grass. People hear Grass Fed and think the cows are out in a field eating actual Grass. On some farms that is the case part of the time. But most cows are fed Hay. Especially during winter months. And its still considered grass fed.

Pay more per month. If all you do is pay the minimum, you will end up paying more in interest than what the original loan was.

@WallStreetApes The casino industry is a blemish on society. They should all be outlawed. They are the biggest transfer of wealth. I work in an adjacent industry and am exposed to what they are behind the scene. Those places make millions a week. Mostly from eldery people.
