P1 - There is a big scam going on with this Big Billion day on @Flipkart !
Had ordered a phone on Sept 24th & since that day till today every day I get the notification *Out for delivery* and *Undelivered* at night.
Support guys mention they cannot do anything! @flipkartsupport

@Flipkart It has been 3 days since the delivery date & @Flipkart still couldn't deliver my order. Why do you take orders when you don't have stock? It's quite evident that you don't have the stock because the order reached my nearest hub on 26th Sept and today is 1st Oct

P3- As a customer I don't really care if the problem is with courier, handling guy, packing guy. I expect you to solve the issue and deliver me the product I paid for. Instead there is no call, no escalation nothing at all! @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

P2 - @flipkartsupport do you have support team members or CHATBOTS I don't know! Everytime I try to ask about my order they respond the same line "unforseen issues" , ask them details they don't answer and close the conversation instead. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

@IndiaPostOffice @IndiaPostOffice The item has been recovered. It was placed with society's main gate security even though an exact flat number was available on the address. No intimation was made by the post office person regarding the same.
